To my relief and gratefulness of prayers being answered, Bobo didn’t have to fly off to Israel for work on his birthday today.
And also because of that (depressing news that he had to fly off on his special day in 2010 for a week), I didn’t make any celebration plans as I usually would for his past 3 birthdays.
Today was simple and sweet.
He decided to skip tennis, spend more time with me sleeping in, went to eat some really delicious ramen for lunch, had a necessary dose of coffee, waited at the workshop for 2 hours to fix a faulty air-con while playing mahjong, went for some skinny pizzas and apple cider for dinner, and back home to spend time with the family.
It was nothing out of the ordinary Saturdays, but it was every moment enjoyed.
Happy Birthday Bobo,
with much love.
