From one of the scenes after the female lead kissed a 3rd party while on the job:
Girl (calls the 3rd party – good looking Jap dude): I already have a boyfriend
Man: I need more blue paint
Next scene, she appears, brings the blue paint and they make out.
I asked the husband what that was all about and this is what he explained:
“I already have a boyfriend” meant why she suddenly pulled away after locking lips with the cool dude and ran off without a word.
“I need more blue paint” meant that the guy now knows why she ran away (because she has a bf) but he’s giving her another chance to be alone with him to make out.
HOW IS IT THAT THE HUSBAND SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO DECIPHER 2 SENTENCES WORTH WHEN I GOT WAS SOMEONE NEEDING BLUE PAINT??!?!?!?!?!?
