Some weeks back, the husband & I embarked on a cooking venture for some close friends. The theme was ‘gourmet’, so we loaded up on expensive cider, bratwursts, made soups, cooked pasta & skewed satays using premium meats. There were some hiccups during the preparation, but apart from that – everything went extremely great!!! The friends enjoyed every dish we prepared, and the portions were at just nice.
So this weekend, we’re cooking again (even with 4 little kiddos over, and messing around) for another group of friends. This time, we’re getting some help in letting our guests prepare one dish each though. Heh heh heh.
