to be honest, I don’t have a clue either…
Though I’ve been having a feeling that it may be a boy and this was further ‘proven’ by some silly free iphone apps that my frds have been recommending me to download and via an intelligender kit which another frd passed to me to pee in recently 😉 Apparently it worked for her and she couldn’t wait to find out if it worked for me too so one morning, a SMS reminder came to use my first morning pee for the kit to work effectively and while I was half wishing for the colour to remain a deeper yellow/orange (which means girl) instead of changing to a dirty green during the 5-minutes wait, and this was that I saw from the 3rd minute onwards…(pardon the gross photo below)
I didn’t know how to react initially. Was hoping for the colour to change and when it did I wondered why?!?! I told the husband about the results later that morning (didn’t tell him I was going to do it prior though) and I could tell he was a little surprised, asking me how accurate this actually was. Hehe. Maybe he wanted a ‘Daddy’s girl’ after all, though we both know & agree that gender absolutely does not matter to us because all we wanted was a healthy baby and to be able to get pregnant has already been a big dream come true.
I thought I could confirm it with a scan at the gynae’s last visit but baby chungkin wanted to be cheeky by bending his/her knees throughout so…today when I chanced upon a chinese gender chart which is supposedly over 90% accurate, I just had to click on 2 buttons to do it just for fun.
And guess what?
It revealed that baby chungkin may be a girl after all! Hahahahahaha. Probably the first tool out of 4 others I’ve used whose given me this result and well…there is a 50-50 chance for either to take place.
We’ll have just to see if baby chungkin indeed has a stick or not in 2.5 weeks’ time.
Either ways, we love you bub! And you are indeed a wonderful & beautiful gift from God.
